"My husband and I actually bought our victories at other dealerships. Mike in the crew took exceptional care of us for the 500 mile maintenance. We acquired some parts that were kind of out of the ordinary, and Mike and the guys went out of their way for us. The service and the people at the Tucson Victory dealership are amazing. They really made our experience so much easier and better. The really do know what they are doing, and they do it exceptionally well!"

"Chris (Tucson shop) Is one of the best sales men I've ever worked with. He didn't try to sale me a bike, but instead worked to meet the OTD price I set. Because I know bikes and he knows them, I know he would only try to "sell" the right bike for a prospective buyer. Bottom line, I look for a shop to give my business to based on my initial purchase of a bike. The better the deal I get on the bike the more I'm inclined I'm to spend on up grades from that shop. I'm stubborn and can be difficult, Chris handled that fact with calm professionalism. This shop is going to be my go to shop for my 8 ball hammer."

"Purchased a new set of tires online and dropped bike off and had it back in less then 24 hours. What great customer service."

"5 stars to Jeff Nelson and the crew at the Phoenix store. I made an earlier post about problems with another dealer after my accident and Arizona Victory correcting their mistakes. The problems continued. No brake lights, license plate light, improperly adjust clutch cable and drive belt. Over the past two "Fridays Jeff has corrected the problem and today the bike rides as well as it did the day I bought it. Thanks for your time and concern Jeff. Mike"

"I recently had my Victory repaired by another local dealer after an accident. That dealer was less than professional, completed some faulty work and treated shamefully. All they wanted was more money out of me. I took my bike to Arizona Victory, spoke with Jeff, who was more than helpfull in correcting some of the problems created by the other dealer. I am thankful to Jeff and his crew at Arizona Victory. I will be a return customer again. They restored my faith in Victory Dealers."

"I recently purchased tires and had some work done at Tucson Victory. Big John was great. My 2005 Touring Cruiser runs great...better than ever. Thanks, Big John. I really appreciate everything."

"Alan Becker at Victory on Bell in Phoenix gave us exceptional customer service. For months, we had an issue with key/locks that had not been able to be resolved. Alan had the rather complicated issue resolved in fewer than 2 weeks. He has superior follow-up, does what he says he will do, and truly cares about us as customers. Our thanks to Alan and we will heartily recommend this Victory dealership to anyone!"

"I purchased my 2013 from Jim at and I must say that the ENTIRE experience was amazing. EVERYONE there including the owner and mechanics and parts guy and service people were EXTREMELY helpful and informative. I have been taken care of from the minute I walked into the door and even still when I swing by. Everyone there is more than willing to share there advice and thoughts about the victory's and NEVER make you feel like an outsider. I look forward to many future dealings with this team of dedicated and honest people at Arizona Victory."

"Thanks to AZ Victory. I rode through Phoneix a couple of weeks ago and needed my 5000 mile service done before riding on to california. You folks are great! I was very impressed with your customer service and the attention to detail you gave me and my bike. A++++ I only wish my Vic dealer here in TX had your pride and professonalism. Keep up the great work and I will be stopping by again next time I'm in town!"

"Dear Sirs, I have been riding street bikes for over 35 years. I purchased a Victory Vision in 2011. It is by far the most reliable, best handling, and most comfortable bike I have owned. I am writing to compliment two of your employees at the Victory dealership located at 1133 E. Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ, that have provided me with outstanding service and deserve recognition. They are very knowledgable on Victory products and their applications. Their excellent attitude and personality are a great asset to your company. I know that when I interact with them at the dealership, I will be treated fairly, reliably, and with a cheerful smile. They have always gone out their way to help me. They are a great asset to your company. The service department has supplied top quality service. Once again a great personality, great attention to detail. I have never had a mechanic come to my location out of shop and repair my motorcycle. I am very impressed with his honesty, work ethic, and motivation to provide the best possible service to your customers. You have some great people and a great motorcycle!"

"It was a Friday afternoon and I was doing an oil change before our 9 day 3,000 mile ride. I took a closer look at my rear tire and didn't feel it had enough left on it to make the trip. I called Ron (Tucson, AZ) and he said that they were really booked but if I got it in there he'd see what he could do. He got me taken care of, what a champion he is! I can't say enough about the Tucson shop. They're all a great buch of people!!! Thanks! "

"The purchasing of my 2012 Cross Country from Arizona Victory in Phoenix was excellent. It's good to deal with people who not only sell and service them but who also truly love and believe in the bike. It's also good to purchase from a Dealer whom it's employees care about the customer and believe in customer service. I have not found this since Tommy T @ Hot Bike in Flagstaff passed on. Arizona Victory you have my respect and confidence. I will recommend you to anyone interested in purchasing a Victory. Ricochet Rick was my first contact in sales. He's a great guy and makes you feel at home. Crystal brought the deal home! Crystal you are a great lady and instill confidence between the customer and Arizona Victory. Your professionalism, demeanor, and true caring about the whole buying experience for the customer is outstanding. There were others who also helped to make it a one and only Victory Shop/Dealership for me. Thank you Arizona Victory Team. Love and respect, Diesel Dan, BFC"

"This Victory dealer is as good as it gets. My 2011 Cross Roads had a problem with the cruise during a cross country trip, and these guys did all that could be done for me, and then some. Easy going, friendly, and highly skilled techs took care of the problem that seemed to confound (3) other Victory dealers as I traveled. They showed me where the problem was, and told me what might prevent troubles in the future. And polished my bike when they were done! Fine showroom; all bikes - no ATV's, snowmobiles, or brush mowers. The store had the biggest collection of accessories I've ever seen, Thanks to the parts guy, too. "

"After an acident with my 2008 Victory Vision tour, I brought it to Arizona Victiory in Phoenix for repairs since they sold me the bike in 2008 and have performed all services. the damage was mostly cosmetic from laying the bike down after hitting a pipe on the road while traveling through Washington, I picked up my Vision this morning and was amazed how they made it look brand new again with new parts as well has buffing out the entire bike to show room condition, I have always recieved great service from them and will continue to trust in them for all service and repairs, special thanks to Crystal and Dan"

"I have had my KingPin Tour for a year now. I have had all of the maintenance work conducted at Arizona Victory here in Tucson. Ron is their main guy who I have inter-acted with, and he has provided first class customer service on a continuous basis. All of their work is first rate, and I highly recommend them to every Victory owner. Their rates are reasonable, and are customer oriented. People and prices are key in today's economy, and Victory Tucson have both of these covered for us owners as we transact our M/C business needs."

"I bought a used Victory Touring Cruiser (my first Victory) in February. My experience with Mike and Nita during the sale was exceptional. There was no pressure at all. Just a genuine appreciation for the bikes they sell. Mike’s knowledge of the engineering behind the Victory lines is what finally sold me on Victory over other brands. The follow up after the sale was impressive. When the previous owner dropped off a spare key and a maintenance manual, Nita took the time to get it to me. As I mentioned, I purchased the bike used and it was my first Victory. Several questions came up for me and Ron in the service department took the time to help me get answers. This is remarkable, because he clearly has little or no time so spare. In short, the crew at Arizona Victory - Tucson have enthusiasm, and commitment in abundance. "

"On a Thursday, the clutch cable broke on my 08 Kingpin Tour. I called AZ Victory in Tucson and talked to Ron at about 10 a.m. Ron had the part (which seems to NEVER be available in El Paso) and shipped it UPS ground that day. I got the cable early Friday evening and was back on the road the next day. You can't ask for better service and I'm now a loyal customer of AZ Victory. Thanks Ron! And now a tip. This clutch cable thing has happened to me three times on 2 different Kingpin Tours. One cable broke at 5,000 miles and the replacement did too. This cable broke after 9,000 miles. My new cable has been redesigned and eliminates the sharp-edged bushing at the lever end, so I expect it will last longer. It's also easier to adjust. But learn your lesson like I finally have. Lube those cable ends at the lever and tranny every time you change the oil. Don't go by what the owner's manual says, Those cables aren't cheap! I'm also going to buy the Save-ur-Ride cable repair kit and carry it with me so I don't get stranded again. Ride safe!"

"Ever kill your motorcycle when its 3 days to Sturgis? I did :( I know there are others out there who know the danger in changing your air filter. Thats right, I broke the fuel pump. No help for me anywhere till I contacted Ron at Arizona Victory. Had what I needed, next day air, and I am trippin to Sturgis again. Thanks so very much! These guys have everything you need and fine customer service to back it up. Great Job !"

"I purchased my 2008 Victory Vision new from Arizona Victory in Phoenix; allways recieve great service . Just returned from a road trip to Washington State , while riding up at Whidbey IIsland, Wa. traveling around a curve in the rain I struck a piece of steel pipe in the road , lost control and went down at about 35mph , I stayed with the bike and held on for the 25 ft skid on the left side anti tip points, as I was coming to a complete stop ; my Vision went down all the way causing the front fairing to crack. I got up with only a minor scrape on my hand , glove was shredded; but I was able to pick the bike with a little help from a person who stopped, I Bike was safe to ride, everything worked ; but the radio, I called my insurance and told them I wanted to wait and have repairs done my Arizona Victory when I return home ; they were ok with that so I continued my road trip down the California coast and home 3 days later. I feel very strongly that when I went down; the anti tips on my Vision kept all that weight off me and kept me out of the ER . my Vision is now with the Arizona Victory crew for a make over . "

"There you go again (AZ Victory, Phoenix). One of my Cross Countries developed an unusual operational problem. Despite repeated claims that the problem couldn't exist and that the proposed repairs wouldn't resolve the situation, when the parts Dan recommended were replaced, the problem was immediately fixed. Thanks AGAIN Arizona Victory for taking care of your customers. You saved me thousands of miles of frustration and embarrassment! (My Cross Country sounded like a cricket on steroids) Keep it up and we'll vote you "King Victory!!""

"I have a 2012 victory crosscountry with a unresolved alginment problem with the front end. After 3 months and 3 attempts with THE OTHER VICTORY GUYS ARIZONA the alignment issue was still not resolved. Ready to just give up, I discovered Arizona Victory/Tucson and within minutes of talking with them they knew what the problem was, scheduled me in for service at their Phoenix Store and fixed it in a timely manor. Also: Mike in Tucson sold me on their custom slammer exhaust and cubby rollback handlebars which I love. One more thing, while my bike was in their shop, I had to have shoulder surgery and could not ride it home, so they offered to deliver to my house in Gilbert. THATS WHAT I CALL FIVE STAR SERVICE! A big thanks to Chrystal and the techs. Your customer for life."

"Arizona Victory is the best! I wanted a 2012 XCT, but with a 2-tone red/silver scheme. Arizona Victory was able to accommodate my wish by taking the tins off a regular XC and putting them on a XCT, making it a one of a kind! Also, when I realized that I was a bit short in the saddle, they offered to lower the bike at no charge! I love my new bike and highly recommend Arizona Victory as your next bike dealer!"

"If you are looking for a meaningful sales experience when purchasing a Victory motorcycle, AZ Victory in Phx should be on your list of dealerships to visit. If you live anywhere near Phoenix, do yourself a favor, and go spend some time with Arizona Victory. I recently purchased a 2012 XCT from them, and they were by far the most knowledgeable, fair, and solutions oriented dealer I visited. They will listen to you. Many of my Victory dealership experiences were just Harley bashing, Victory flaunting sales pitches with no concerns of what my riding goals and expectations might be. Arizona Victory listened. They quickly figured out I was an experienced, high mileage rider who knew a great deal about Victory’s. We discussed the XCT & the Vision, and we went on several test rides on both. They knew both motorcycles had the capabilities that met my riding needs, and when I made my model decision, we worked closely over several months to customize my XCT to my specifications. They were very helpful in this process, and offered a great deal of useful information to consider. If you want to work with a fair, well informed, righteous Dealership who will work with you on your purchase, go visit AZ Victory. "

"There are few places I'd drive 250 miles out of my way for: Arizona Victory in Phoenix, Arizona, is one of them. I purchased a 2011 Cross Country from them, the dealer manager, and was so satisfied with the experience that I purchased an ADDITIONAL Cross Country Tour in 2012. The customer service and reasonable discount opportunities are unparalleled by any other dealer in the region. Arizona Victory is one of few dedicated Victory dealerships in Arizona. Although I live in Flagstaff, about 250 miles round trip, I don't hesitate to make the drive when I need service. Much like a typical Mercedes or Cadillac dealerships, Arizona Victory always gives their customers the "Red Carpet" treatment. I have ridden for many years and can testify that they are among the MOST experienced and knowledgeable motorcycle dealerships in the nation. They have resolved several very unusual services issues that puzzled and befuddled other dealerships....AND they didn't have to keep my bike for days or weeks. They knew how to fix the problem RIGHT AWAY!! Additionally, regardless of their service schedule, they ALWAYS "squeeze" you in if the issue will "ground" your ride. They have a customer service attitude that is rare in ANY market. I certainly appreciate the Arizona Victory team and recommend Arizona above ALL other dealers I've known. Thanks "

"Started my thirst for Victory at the Tucson Ride Event. There I was greeted by some amazing people. Not once did anybody ask me if I was ready to buy or to go run some numbers. This is what impressed me most. That was the day I started saving for my Victory. When the time came I went to my local Dealer (Tucson AZ) and was again greeted by an amazing lady, Nita. This woman knows her stuff, originally I was looking at the Vegas however thanks to some real legitimate observations by Nita, I bought the Hammer. Things like my height, the roads in Tucson etc were mentioned by Nita and she had me get on the Hammer to compare. She again never asked me if I was ready or pressured me in any way to purchase this machine, but if your reading this and own one of these bikes, you know they sell themselves. Once we did start speaking about a purchase, she was awesome in helping me with accessories and modifications to the bike in order to make it mine. This being a large purchase, I will admit I have been real picky about little things I see or hear while riding it. Each and every time I call with a questions I get a real answer, never a question that my concern was taken care of at the end of the call. I would recommend this dealer, this bike, and this entire team to anyone that asks. Now Im looking to get involved in the Victory Riders Group and enjoy this unbelievable machine of mine. Thanks Guys"

"My experience with Arizona Victory of Tucson has been WAY above what I expected. Nita went out of her way to help me with financing and stayed in contact throughout the process to keep me informed. The sales staff at Arizona Victory is "no pressure" they will gladly talk to you about any of the bikes they have and you won't feel like an outsider. I bought a used 2011 Vision Tour and couldn't be happier. Going from a sportster to a full dress bike was a big change and I gotta say the Vision handles like a dream, plenty of power on tap and more comfort makes riding alot mre enjoyable 3 hours in the saddle is a breeze. I'd say more but the road calls. If your looking for a bike you can do no better than to stop by your local Arizona Victory dealership. I think you will be impressed."

"I went to the Bell Rd store to customise my 2012 victory cross country tour. as soon as i walked thru the door i was warmly greeted. I told them that i wanted to get some louder pipes on my bike and they answered all my questions and i setteled on the slammers. i had them installed on saturday and they sound great.thank you crystal you guys are great.i will be using arizona victory bell rd for all my motorcycle needs "

"Last fall I had just moved to Phoenix and I rode to your Bell Road location to buy a new cover. When I went to leave the battery had died(my fault). You had no charged batteries in stock so you went out of your way to give me one off a New Victory. Thank you! I love my Victory."

"My process to buy a motorcycle started months ago, window shopping and doing the different motorcycle "ride events". Although I was not familiar with Victory, I was very impressed with my test ride. I began to think that the "If you ride one, you'll own one" statement just might be true, I visited a couple of dealerships in the Phoenix area that sell Victories and eventually ended up at Arizona Victory. Immediately, I noticed an obvious difference, a much larger selection of Victory motorcycles. Next, I met the Manager. He explained the Victory motorcycles in detail, to my understanding. In my decision to purchase a motorcycle, I needed to process through a lot of information, one of which was if a Victory motorcycle was my best choice. Never in my "several" visits to the Arizona Victory dealership did they put "sales pressure" on me to rush my decision, I appreciated that, On the third visit, just so happens that one of my old friends that I had not seen in years pulled in on his 2010 Victory Cross Country. I did not even know that he had a motorcycle. I was able to speak with him and get his TRUE experience and opinion about his motorcycle and Arizona Victory. My friend was 100% satisfied with his motorcycle and with Arizona Victory. That gave me a GREAT piece-of-mind! I made the decision to purchase a 2012 Cross Country Tour and I love it. They were a pleasure to work with. I took advantage of some of the sale incentives that were in place which made the purchase even more attractive. I was able to add some nice upgrades and chrome the bike up even more and they included Arizona Slammers, lets just say, my new bike makes heads turn. "

"I wanted to order a Vader Textile jacket for my husband for Christmas. After being told by two of our local dealers here in Indiana that "it would not be available until after February 2, 2012" I tried calling your Tuscon store (had purchased apparel items from you in the past) on the chance you had one in stock. Not only did you have the exact jacket in his size in stock, Ron had it on the UPS truck on it's way to Indiana that same day! Thank you - for the excellent customer service and great variety of merchandise in stock!"

"Dealer does its best to make you feel comfortable. Answered all my questions. They seem to try and really make sure you are getting the bike set up for you. I never had another dealer take the time with me on a motorcycle as they did. You get the feeling they actually do care that you come back to them. I have gotten the idea from most dealers that they do not care if you come back."

"As a Police Motor Officer, I spend all day on a Harley Davidson Electra Glide. When it came to buy my own motor a friend suggested that I look at the Victory line. I used the Internet to find comparative studies between Victory and HD. Outside of what the motor gurus were saying, I came across the videos hosted by Mike Schultz, comparing the engines and transmissions between these bikes, and was totally amazed and impressed on how the engineering of the Victory was far better than the HD, in all aspects. Mr. Schultz, your video was extremely informative and pretty much convinced me that "Victory" was the choice to make. After my test ride, back here in MI, it was a "no brainer". I was extremely happy to find out that Victory was also in the "Police Market". Thanks for stopping by our department with the motors. It sounds like we may be the first Department in MI to change to Victory."

"First let me say, if you are going to by a bike, buy a Victory, and buy it from Arizona Victory!! When I walked in they greeted me with a straight up and friendly attitude, asked me what I was looking for (Cross Country) and showed me the rather large selection (other dealers in town didnt have much to look at). They answered all of my questions, showed me around the shop, and didnt act like I was wasting their time. Their obvious knoledge of the product, and extensive experience with motorcycles was impressive! Needless to say, I was back in 2 days and bought the bike. They got the extras put on quickly and helped me get the other goodies on order. They even put my Jeep "in" the shop overnight so I could ride the bike home right away (aint never heard of that anywhere else). You guys rock!! Your knowledge and demeinors are great! Thanks again to all of you."

"This is a big thank you to Arizona Victory Phoenix!!! On 5/20/11 I was involved in an accident on my Cross Country. I knew I did not want it towed to some yard, so the first call I made was to Arizona Victory Phoenix, Sergio answered and put me through first to service and then to the manager. They told me he was leaving immediately with the trailer to get my bike. HE WAS THERE BEFORE THE POLICE!!!! I am amazed at the service beyond that I get from these guys. When we arrived at the shop they told me he would help me get back on the road. I would also like to take this space to recommend Progressive Insurance. I had the wreck on a 5/20/11, they made the visit to Arizona Victory on 5/23/11 and on 5/24/11 they authorized the repair of my bike!!!! For me this is an amazing experience. It turned a bad experience, I am still healing, into one of gratitude for everyone at Arizona Victory Phoenix and Progressive Insurance. THANK YOU!!! Mike, you have an awesome staff at the Phoenix dealership. I say Victory is the BEST MOTORCYCLE on the road and Arizona Victory is the best motorcycle dealership that I have done business with and I have been riding since 1965!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!"
By: Evan Scottsdale, AZ
"I purchased my bike, (cross-country) from the Phoenix location. All the guys there know the Victory product line inside and out. Any questions i had were answered knowledgably...you won't get the usual b/s sales approach with these guys. It floored me that they actually remembered my name when i went back to have some accessories installed. Service AFTER the sale still exists at this location. ..keep up the good work...and thanks for representing a Quality Motorcycle made in America."

"I recently purchased a 2005 Victory TC at Arizona Victory Tucson. It was a great experience. Robert Callesen helped me find just what I wanted and has continued to assist me with everything. Great guy. I attended the Demo Days and knew that a Victory was the only way to go. I consider the TC my "starter" Victory and will be getting another, I hope, before too long. Many thanks to Mike, Nita and Ron. You really made me feel good about everything."

"Hi, I have had an excellent experience with the folks at az victory, I bought an 09 vegas low and was very happy with it until I saw the white and silver 11 xc.Unfortunately they noticed me looking at it and now I have the xc.It's a wonderful bike.the service from the team has been first class. After having a decent experience with the hd dealerships(sometimes very good)and negative experiences (just never had a good feeling about them)with a certain german manufacturer,it's always a "day at the beach" at arizona victory. When service means almost as much as the bike, that's pretty important.Aside from the service they really have been good people. Thanks to Arizona Victory."

"I had an '08 Kingpin when I first visited Arizona Victory and the crew up in Cave Creek. Even though I had purchsed the bike in Canada, Phoenix Victory treated my bike and I like one of the family from the very beginning. That first impression lingered and the follow up treatment convinced me to purchase some aftermarket parts for it at the Phoenix store and get the bike serviced on a few occasions since I first walked in the door in late 2008. In fact, the store up in Calgary could take a few pointers from you folks. In December 2010, my wife secretly conspired with them, to put together a most unique 2011 Cross Roads bike for a Christmas present. :) The entire experience was so awesome, a terrific surprise and made more special by the hard work. They have always been very personable and they provided excellent service by installing the extras I wanted on the bike. Sergio made sure I got the right parts, as he always does. I am sure, so far, that my Cross Roads is the only one of its kind in North America (Cross Country pearl white and silver) and the guys at Phoenix Victory made it all happen. Best of luck in your new location over on W. Bell Road. Look forward to seeing you all there very soon. "

"Just purchased a pre-owned 2007 Kingpin, Arizona Victory was up front with great pricing, no pressure, And they were concerned that bike was set up for ME, not previous owner, made some promises to do work and kept his word. Kyle was very receptive to concerns with bike and my feelings. Both gave me great customer service and more important BACKED UP WHAT THEY SAID. I will definately recommend them. They walk the walk, not a lot of dealers around like that today."

"I have been riding since I was 11 years old in 1955. Started out on a Vespa scooter then moved up to a Honda Big Bear Scrambler in 1966. Started racing motocross in 1968; first on a Yamaha DT-1 with motocross kit and Koni shocks. Purchased a 1970 Triumph Bonneville in Kodiak, Alaska in August 1970 and rode it from Seward, Alaska down the Alcan to Vancouver, British Columbia with a 2 week stop in Whitehorse, Yukon (met female medical student). Ultimately ended up in Aspen, Colorado for the winter. After returning to Birmingham, Alabama, I bought an Ossa 250 and raced it for one year before I got a southeast regional factory ride with Maico. Injured in 1974. That plus first born child cut back on my motorcycling pretty severely until 2003. I put 160,000 miles on two BMW's (2002 R1150RT and 1992 K75 /2) between 2003 and 2010. And I got hooked on Ironbutt style competitive long distance rallies (unrelated to the traditional solo or group documented distance rides such as the Saddle Sore 1000, Bun Bunner Gold (1,500 plus miles in less than 24 hours). I have done several documented Saddle Sore 1000's and one documented Bun Burner Gold plus many undocumented 1,250 mile or longer days in the saddle. When I first saw Andy Mills riding a Victory Vision in the 2007 Ironbutt Rally (IBR), I thought it was the ugliest motorcycle I had ever seen except for the Honda Rune, but time changes everything. Andy told me how comfortable it was and how reliable it was and that it had the best weather protection of any motorcycle on the market, so I test rode a Victory Vision in Elkhorn, Wisconsin last July and again at Arizona Victory in early December. Everything Andy Mills had told me proved to be true and more!!! My 2011 Victory Vision is better than any BMW I have ridden and I have ridden them all (at least every new model since 2002) and a few dating back to 1969. The 2011 Victory Vision reminds me of the pro football scouting reports on Joe Namath when he was a senior at the University of Alabama in 1963 - 1964 ... simply The BEST."

"5 days ago I picked up my 2011 Victory Vegas 8 ball and I have been so pleased with both my purchase and the interactions with the people of Victory. I went from a Suzuki s83 to the 8 ball and all I can say is," I wish I had done it sooner!" I test drove a Vegas in November and was finally able to convince my CEO (wife) that trading in a used bike with all the problems associated with them for a new one. The whole process was enjoyable and painless thanks to Nita, Ron and the rest of the team at Arizona Victory! Thanks to all of you for making me so dag gone happy!!!"

"We came to Phoenix victory location, with my Vegas low that I purchased in canada. They helped upgrade the bike with chrome, pipes, and new ness wheels. I loved the staff, Arizona Victory is so knowledgeable, and the crew has great eye for knowing what would look great. When it came time to get new bikes, I chose to deal with arizona victory, cave creek. They went out of their way and I loved every minute of creating my ultimate bike. You had me at hello. Thanks for the "ride""

"I am the proud owner of a 2011 Ness Cross Country. After riding a 04 Ness Vegas for years I was ready to move to the next step with this touring bike. I fell in love instantly with the looks and after a test ride WOW! I have found through the years and miles how difficult chrome can be to maintain so thought that the "dark side" package would be just the ticket for this beautiful bike. They guided me through the whole process of changing this steel stallion to totally fit me, from the blacked out parts, the heated grips, pipes that my neighbors could live with, height, seat... I knew I was entering a no man's land by making so many changes on this Ness bike but the end result is definitely a head turner and I LOVE IT! Thanks to all the guys for helping to make my bike one of a kind!"

"I just bought my Victory Kingpin 8 Ball at the Phoenix store on Cave Creek. It was such a pleasure working with the Crew that I wish I could buy it all over again. They are extremely low key, helpful and you can see right away how enthusiastic they are about these wonderful motorcycles. No matter you who talk to when you walk in, you're with a friend and fellow bike enthusiast from the moment you step through the door. They were totally into what I wanted, and I never thought they were trying to make a sale or push iron out the door. After all, they don't have to. These bikes practically follow you home if you spend a few minutes with them. Oh, yeah....the motorcycle. WOW! They put it together for me just the way I want it, in no time flat, and I love it. And I was really happy with the price. These bikes sell themselves, but the Arizona Victory team made my experience the best I've even had in any kind of dealership. After you buy a bike from them, you'll want to go back and hang with them boys in the Victory Man Cave. Thanks, guys. Looking forward to the next ride!"

"Recently purchased a 2011 Cross Country. Not only am I happy with the Victory, but your Phoenix dealership and it absolutely rocks! The most kicked back & relaxed buying experience I have ever had anywhere. I am already on a first name basis with everyone there & practically feel like I own the place the way I am treated. Keep up the great work, Arizona Victory!!!"

"I want to brag about a great team of guys" To the Team at Victory on Cave Creek Rd. Phx. Az. If I ever said good luck happens, well it happened to me when I went to this shop in phx. The manger who made me feel Important and gave me expert advice right away and knowlege of all about the bike i wanted before I bought my Cory Ness Jackpot. They took the time and patience and never pushed me to hurry, and they even stayed after hours to make sure my purchace was at my satisfaction, I would advise any women to go to Arizona Victory, they are awesome and very professional and they rock. I wanted to brag of this great team of guys because this shop is the best luck I ever had or anyone would ever have when It comes to buying a Victory. They Rock! Thank you "

"After many years of being off a bike it was time for me to get riding again. I did my research and it came down to Victory and HD. Once I decided to buy I planned visits to both brands. Did not care for the way HD did business so I went on to Victory shop. Very relaxed cool atmosphere no pressure, unlike HD. I came into the shop and they were very helpful suggesting I check all the bikes out sit on them and go from there. The salesman was also helpful in explaining features and options and service from Victory. About 30 minutes of looking he came over introduced himself and we talked for several minutes about how I ended up in his showroom. They went to great lengths and into detail about Victory and what he felt made there bike the best on the market. He answered all my questions and then some. He helped me buy the bike I wanted not one someone just wanted to sell me. I bought the Cross Country. Prior to leaving they took the time to explain in detail everything on the bike. The Arizona Victory staff ROCK! If your thinking about buying a bike look no further than AZ Victory."

"While I was on a project in Tucson my sister and brother-in-law introduced me to some of their friends who rode Victory bikes (yes there were 3 in their garage). Their stories and enthusiasm for the Victory made me go check out the Victory dealer for myself. I am a new rider and had no knowledge of Victory, at the time I was only looking at Harley. When I sat on the Vegas Low I was hooked, the bike fit my 5'0' frame and it was well balanced. After the purchase Mike and Nita (at the Tucson location) were awesome, they hooked me up with a trainer so I could get some one on one tutoring which helped build my confidence. They provided me with a little loaner bike so I could practice anytime we were making mods to my bike...We made a few other changes to the bike, like adding a wind screen, floor boards, moving the shift and brake petals back for easier reach and of course the best was adding the Slammers! The biggest change we made was moving the side stand back about 7 inches so I could easily reach it. Thanks to the coordination with TAG Engineering it all got done and it is both functional and beautiful! I love my Victory! Mike and Nita are great! I have told everyone that asks about my bike where I got it and the great experience I had in Tucson at the Victory dealer!"

"I visited the Phoenix dealer a couple of times and each time was very pleasurable and pressure free. The young man (Kyle) at the front desk was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time helping me. When I finally decided to purchase a Cross Country, I was treated very professionally and again without beeing pressured at all. The Manager was extremly professional, took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and just made me feel so welocme and relaxed. He made me feel like a long time friend, not just another customer. I am a new rider and Dan made me feel so at ease and let me make all my decisions without trying any sales pitches. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have EVER had buying a motor vehicle of any kind. Thank you and your entire staff on your professionalism and caring during the purchasing process. I would highly recommend for anyone interested in a Victory to visit Arizona Victory in Phoenix before you shop any where else, you will not be sorry you did. Keep up the great work guys and see you on the road."

"I recently purchased a pre-owned motorcycle from Arizona Victory Motorcycles, Cave Creek location. The sales person and support staff were second to none! They were very curteous, polite and informative without being overbearing or preasuring. They, listened to my questions, worked hard on a great deal for me, and prepared everything to the "T" when it came time to sign the paperwork. Probably the easiest vehicle transaction I've ever had, and the motorcycle runs and rides like a dream. I can honestly say, don't shop around for a new or used motorcycle without visiting Arizona Victory Motorcycles, before you buy. "

"On July 9, 2010, while my husband and I were on vacation, we stopped by Arizona Victory's Phoenix store. I wanted to see what a Cross Country looked like and had absolutely no intention of buying one. However, after I was allowed to take one for a spin, I took the plunge. and the whole crew at the shop could not have been nicer or more helpful. They helped me decide on which accessories I wanted to add and even arranged the shipping. Two weeks later, I got the bike and am now riding around north Florida proud as can be on my new Cross Country. Thanks again to Arizona Victory and the guys. "

"I am an elated new owner of a Kingpin Low. I can honestly say that one of the biggest contributing factors to my chosing a Victory motorcycle is our numerous conversations with the folks at AZ Victory in Phoenix. Their thorough product knowledge is what impressed us from the first conversation and led to us being customers (and loyal ones at that). Although there is a dealer that is closer to us, we traveled 100 miles to Phoenix to deal with Them. From the first time we walked in the door, they LISTENED! Being a short, small woman (5' 2"), who rides all over the country, I don't have alot of options for a motorcycle that I can comfortably manage. They really sold me on the Victory by taking alot of time explaining the features of the Kingpin Low and the 8-ball. They took a personal interest in helping me decide which bike would be better for the kind of riding that me and my husband do. They probably spent more time thinking about the decision than we did. In the end, I am wildly excited about my new Kingpin Low and look forward to miles of adventures on the bike!"

"Mike, Nita, and the entire crew at AZ Victory are 100% first class! We had been looking at other bikes when I suggested to my wife, Rochelle, that we should check-out the Victory line. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted with a friendly welcome and then the fun really began. Mike and Maddog took me around to show me the different "man bikes" while Nita abducted Rochelle to show her the Vegas Low and to share a woman's perspective. Before we left, we knew that we were not only buying a Victory, but that we would be buying TWO! My Vision and Rochelle's Vegas Low are absolutely everything we could have wanted. The crew at AZ Victory went above and beyond to ensure that we were "ready" to ride these and followed-up with us to ensure that the bikes were meeting and exceeding expectations and that WE were okay as well. How many dealers do you hear of worrying about the owner?!?!?! We have a new set of friends at AZ Victory and will be faithful customers and vocal advocates for the Victory brand and the AZ Victory team. If you are in the market for a new motorcycle, I can assure you that there is absolutely no reason to consider anything other than a Victory and the AZ Victory team. Thanks for everything and here's to a long relationship!"

"For the longest time I have been looking to buy a bike. I was mainly looking at Harleys until I had a chance to win a Victory Vegas from a radio station. Once I saw how sharp they looked, I had to visit the dearlership. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by Nita and Maddog. They told me to look around and if I had any questions, just ask. There was no pressure from either one of them. In my mind that is the kind of Sales people I like to deal with. After about a year I found the bike I wanted to buy. With some advice from Nita and Maddog, I was able to purchase a 2006 Victory Hammer. While on the road I get alot of compliments and looks from others. Victories are low maintance and smooth riding machines. I will recomend Victory to everybody that is interested in buying a bike. Thanks Mike, Nita, Maddog, & Ron for all your help."

"I found you guys by luck on the internet. I'm new to this sport and had been all over the Valley looking at bikes and talking to people before I came to your shop. I was surprised at how your shop- specifically was the only one that actually took the time to talk to me about riding, and various options for a first time bike. They actually had me sit on what seemed like about every bike in the shop, and showed me quite a few things about safety and comfort. None of the other shops I had been in made this effort. When I returned to the shop I found they had elevated the handlebars of the bike I was looking at- just for comfort, and they were right it made a big difference. Bruce is a another great guy. He showed me how to pick my bike up- that's something they did not teach in the class. He also drove my bike home, and gave me some tips on the bike, and safety. You guys are great!! I absolutely love my bike, and your shop! Thank you again for all the help, Carol"

"Due to my lack of planning I found myself needing new tires mounted on my bike on the way through Tuscon to Mexico. Ron not only got me going in a hurry but he sent my existing tires (still good, not correct tread pattern for ride) to the Phoenix shop for me to pick up when I got back. Thanks Ron, I had a great trip with confidance in my tires."
